Peoples Party’s Hopeless Performance To Curb The Rising Influence of Black Water
The wave of terror in Pakistan is not stopping despite of sacrifices by our Soldiers and Policemen almost daily. It seems that police authorities have been hand cuffed and are forced to run behind shadows. The performance of police department is badly damaged due to the slavery of our Government which is forcing our law enforcers to release every foreigner nabbed with illegal weapon and without proper documentation of vehicle they are using. In recent days at least 4 such incidences were reported which involved Americans and Dutch nationals freely moving in the Capital with unregistered vehicles, taking snaps of the key installations, Government buildings and carrying Afghan Nationals with them too. Now it is learned that a suspected foreigner has been seen taking snaps and videos of the DHA area of Karachi raising alarms for the authorities of this city which is relatively unhurt during current wave of terrorism. But it is true that the authorities this time also would be insulted when the suspected foreigner would leave away with cunning smile spiting on the face of the Police for their helplessness.
After the recent incidence reported by the reputable “The Nation” newspaper of Pakistan, it looks that even our Interior Minister is completely silent on this issue. No proper clarification is given by the Government about these repeated violations by Private mercenaries like Black Water, DynCorp etc. operating inside Pakistan.
The Interior ministry, when approached for their comments on this story, affirmed once again that there existed no law in Pakistan that might allow any foreigner or diplomat, including Americans, to move on busy roads of federal capital with illegal arms. It is now observed that the Government has adopted the policy to act as a statue on this issue by neither hearing nor commenting on this issue of national security. It is also disappointing to see that the proven involvement of Indian RAW in creating unrest inside Balochistan and Northern Areas is not highlighted and projected as it should have been. Amid increasing pressure from India on the single incidence of 26/11 Mumbai massacre, the irresponsible attitude of our weakest Government of all times is bringing shame to the nation.
Government is also completely blank on the issue of NATO’s vacating the border posts inside Afghanistan which allowed many militants to safely run back inside that country to carry out future terror activities inside Pakistan.
The growing crisis of sugar and the price hike of basic commodities show that the Government is loosing its interest to relieve the common people from the agonies of mismanagement and extreme level of corruption in the lines of their present leadership. The Sugar Mill owners who are either the parliamentarians or the close relatives of our leaders sitting in the Government and Opposition are not even apprehended or questioned for the miseries they brought to the nation. In present situation people have lost their trust on this Government. Moreover the black ordinance of NRO is being struggled to get approved from the parliament to further strengthen the chances of looting of this already torn nation.
It would be so correct to say that Government is now acting as a deaf, blind and paralyzed entity not knowing what to do in the present situation and unable to plan any thing positive for the nation which is dieing with lawlessness, terrorism, unemployment and scarcity of basic commodities like sugar, wheat etc.
Pakistani nation is now praying that present Government would either show some sympathy to the nation or step down to give chance to someone sincere, courageous and confident to steer this nation out of the present crisis. Today media from all sides is praising MQM and its philosophy to relieve the poor people from the present crisis. The tested leadership of PML-N, PML-Q, PPP, JUI and JI are all same with minor differences because their prime interest is to make common people fool and pass legislation to protect their lootings and backstabbing of the nation. They are after permits, licenses, bank loans and overdrafts and snatching the bread from the mouth of common people, just to make their personal empires stronger than ever. Imran Khan’s Tehreek-e-Insaf is also seen as a party standing on strong principles and can be given opportunity to lead the nation in present crisis situation. It is the nation which should decide about their own fate now!!
The time has come when the parties like MQM and Tehreek-e-Insaf must be given the opportunity to lead the nation with an ideology to bring power to the common people rather making the right to rule confined only to the feudal families and rich Industrialists who are multiplying their wealth again and again after throwing the nation into trauma of sugar, wheat, dollar, petrol, gas, electricity and many more crisis artificially created to achieve maximum gains every time.
