Guys, go hire a professional modification company. My company does over a 100 a month, and we deal with banks like Indymac, Countrywide, Wamu, Bank of America, etc. It’s a big hasstle and takes about 3-4 months with tons of paperwork. If you professional results, hire a professional. The banks will not like you for it, but you’ll get a real modification, not the crap they hand out because you don’t know better.

Anyone in this situation should contact an attorney based loan modification company. The company that helped out my sister was Federal Loan Savers.

Hey Keith9223 news flash!!! Owning a home is not a right. If you can’t afford it, you can’t keep it. Why don’t all the do gooders in America who think profit is bad, start your own loan company, so you can give everything away for free, and we’ll see how long you stay in business.

So many homeowners are being destroyed financially by the lack of action from the loss mitigation depts of the lenders and banks. It is a crime against the American homeowners as it is helping to destroy our values.
