u kno. the oldest age anyone eva lived so far is 122 yrs, 164 days. Jeanne Calment was her names and she died in 1997. But she said her secret to living long was wine, choclate and ciggarrettes ( i kno shockin rite?)

wine and chocolate can kinda be explained.
the skin of grapes has a triggering affect on this kind of gene in the human body which allows the person to life longer. i have no idea what it’s called…i forgot. it was on a 60-minute documentary. chocolate can trigger dopamine, which is also produced when having sex or laughing. cigarettes, however, is quite unfathommable to me.

The substance from Garpeskins are called Tannins, the substance in chocolate (esp. dark chocolate) is Flavanoids, or Flavanols. Cheers, Runi.

That was Jeanne Calmert. She died at the age of 122 and met Van Gogh at age 13 in a shop when he bought (I believe) paintbrushes from her father’s store. She didn’t like him, lol. It has been noted that he was rude and a little crazy.

exercise+vegetarian+obeying the commandments & teachings of YHWH= LONGEVITY!!!!! PERIOD!!!!!!!

  10. DLCallahandotcom / September 28, 2009 6:09 am

Resveratrol is another substance from grapes that influences longevity. Outlook on life (optimistic), low calorie intake (not over indulging on heavy processed foods) and easy going low stress personalities are all traits of long-lived people.

kevante1, people eating no better than a rabbit and believing in fairy stories makes them ill, not healthy.

Apart from exercise, you’ve got it completely wrong lol

  12. GraceUnderPressure1 / October 7, 2009 12:37 am

Henry reminds me of an elderly Phil Tufnell… lol

  13. Moonmanwalker / October 10, 2009 2:35 am

It’s sad to live that long and everyone you knew is dead

  14. RuniToconillo / October 10, 2009 2:47 am

Thanks for commenting. I generally agree, but can’t stop myself from adding that it probably depends on how those who knew you while they were alive actually treated you… I can think of some people I know, where I myself would not mind the experience ;-D Cheers, Runi

When you find out, please let me know… I think it is the oldest question since the origin of thought. It is said that it began with one creative thought “Let there be Light”…

  20. marshhen / November 1, 2009 4:38 am

She is speaking to them in a loud clear voice because they have reduced hearing capacity, not because she thinks they have reduced capacity to understand.

A long time ago I commented on your video on how you spell Connecticut. I never realized you had replied to my comment. But the spelling I gave you is correct because I live here and we were taught this rule to spell it. Connect-I-Cut. It is an indian name. I think it means land of the 2 rivers. If you don’t believe me look it up on the Internet.

  23. RuniToconillo / November 12, 2009 12:08 am

I’ve made a mental note and will check and ammend appropiately. Spelling can be difficult, especially when it comes to names and places… For example I was recently surprized to see that “Pittsburgh” has an “h” at the end (like in the Celtic spelling).

But rest assured that any misspellings from me are unintentional. It is just very difficult to both continue uploading while ammending all the past videos. Many thanks, much appreciated. Runi

just shows you how fleeting our moments here are… you think things like the civil war are ancient history but these people’s grand parents likely were around… we’ve come a long way.. but in the grand scheme it’s a flash in the pan

just shows you how prescious our moments here are

  25. arc27 / November 16, 2009 5:44 am

    Old people crack me up.
    :o )
