Okay… just because Beethoven was an old, cranky, deaf dude doesn’t mean he can’t write music. Everyone who says crippled people can’t write music are wrong: look at Beethoven, you losers! Ha!

A census taker once tried to test me, I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice Chianti.

I have this giant test Tomorrow in an AP class, and I was listening to this while i was studying- I melted into my chair, my whole body went from tensed to relaxed. Suddenly, everything doesn’t seem so impossible; if this great man could make beautiful music and move me almost to tears and yet, be deaf and never able to hear it, suddenly everything in my life doesn’t seem so difficult. Thank you for eating our hearts out and raching our souls Beethoven.

his mind must have been peaceful when he wrote this beautiful art because i have 600 math ques. to do and yet i feel no anxiety
sexyfrog / November 7, 2009 6:25 pm
i’ve heard that classical music and opera have been proven to calm, and to make oneself touch their intellectual side… is there any scientific proof of this?
jay2k361 / November 16, 2009 2:37 am
Well it is proven that playing music, especially classical, and to a smaller extent listening to classical music, carves out nerual pathways in ones brain and helps one access information better.
