Her name is Tianjia Chen.
At the end of the closing ceremony of Athens Olympic 2004,she represented China to perform a chinese folk song “Jasmin Flower” as a welcome from chinese people to the world for the Beijing Olympic Games 2008.
I like the idea they use her as the last one on Athens and the first one in this video:)
