I’m sorry, I guess I misunderstood what you meant. They do look a lot alike!

A tribute to the survivors of the 1912 sinking of the Titantic. The last living survivor passed away last month aged 101 years old.

Watch the clip `Hey St Peter` half way thru it George partly dresses like Angus with an AC/DC shirt on…. looks heaps like him in the early days. Im a HUGE AC/DC fan also : )

Lucky you! My best friend’s mother has known Harry Vanda for about 40 odd years. Nice to know that rock legends can still maintain normality in our local areas.

Does this ever remind me of watching ‘Sounds Unlimited’ on Saturday mornings, when I was about 12!
quayofsea / August 31, 2009 11:27 am
I will add, I have such a soft spot for what Vanda and Young and Ian “Molly” Meldrum et al did for music both Australian and overseas in the 70s, via Countdown, Sounds Unlimited etc and the profound influence it all had on me. Here I was in isolated Western Australia (I live in Fremantle where Bon Scott grew up and is buried), where so much genius is born… and then leaves for bigger things i/s and o/s. Yesterday Bon Scott, today Tim Minchen and Eskimo Joe…

I can’t imagine who else it would be, they were all very matey in those days and he has quite distinctive teeth and height! It’s such a brief ‘cameo’ appearance but I reckon it’s him.

…and what’s more, where the HECK would we be without You Tube, where we can totally wallow in our obscure favourite music?!

I used to work for Donny Sutherlands brother.
nzoz1978 / September 14, 2009 7:25 am
I thought Donnie’s brother died at age 14, which inspired Donnie to take up horse racing (his brother being a horse racer)…. I know Donnie (not bragging), I’ll ask him if he has another bro…

peecee1384 / October 23, 2009 2:45 pm
Could you ask Donnie why he chose “Love’s Theme” by Barry White as the theme for his show “Sound Unlimited”? Cheers!

Should we think nowadays about the climate on Earth and the smelting ice on the North Pole? And nowadays, it is not a ship
)) What a great video from Flash and the Pan!!! Always have liked the music, but clips as these are incredible!
