Your rendition of this music is wonderful, good one. I think all the people here are wonderful to share it. I keep on listening to the different versions, it hard to beat the original, but I also think it worth learning, from everyone, How many hours do you put into practicing to this one piece? God, I’m nosey! I’m also trying to learn some Gershwin and Cole Porter, its a real struggle because I didn’t know a note before the age of 30 which is late, and trying to teaching myself, Many Thanks

    PDN,
i’m in a similar situation: though i’ve a great desire, i’ve hardly the aptitude to learn the piano. nevertheless, it’s an ongoing effort. stick to and over the years you’ll find yourself the master ;) all the best!

as for the player in this video….wow….what virtuosity. absolutely beautiful. thanks for sharing and inspiring, stranger.

Hi HumanSpirit, Just keep on playing everyday, It’s seven pages long. I’ve had to stick the pages together, so I have less slowing down or losing the rhythm. It was sad listening to myself tape..I sounded slower than every single person I’ve listened to so far… So there is hope for everyone who is young. Which should inspire, make you feel positive, especially if your new to learning this music, which is after all stunning Ryuichi.
